We are a creative collective of independent individuals. Proudly pragmatic. Fearlessly multidisciplinary. Infinitely curious.

Our story started in Berlin and Prague. We now have a team spread across places including Vienna, Barcelona, Lisbon, Kiev, Jerusalem, Buenos Aires and Cape Town. We are fully remote.

Co-founded by Chris and Dominik, The Weather thrives on autonomy and flat hierarchies. We enjoy working without dogmas, mindless meetings, and futile bureaucracy. Together, we’re dedicated to finding the most efficient solution. Not the shiniest, trendiest, priciest solution. The most efficient one, always.

To get there, we often take unconventional routes. We source from our shared intersection of professional backgrounds, education, and passion projects. As individuals, we value imagination. As a fully remote team, we like to meet and engage, share, and spark discussions in person.
