We’re looking for a sharp, organised intern to join The Weather’s project management team. You’ll work directly with our project managers on live client projects — websites, digital products and branding work for international clients. This isn’t a shadow-and-observe internship. You’ll be in the mix from day one, helping keep things on track, communicating with clients and contributing across more than one function.
Because we’re a small team, this role crosses into sales, marketing, account management and product thinking. Good — that’s what makes it interesting.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage project timelines, task lists and documentation across active engagements
- Support communication with clients — status updates, follow-ups, meeting prep
- Assist with proposals, briefs and internal reports
- Contribute to sales and marketing activities, including outreach and materials
- Keep tools like Notion, Claude, Slack, Scoro and Figma organised and up to date
- Flag issues before they become problems and help find solutions
Requirements:
- Exceptional English — written and spoken. This is the most important thing on this list. You will be communicating with clients directly, and every message you send reflects on us.
- A genuine obsession with getting things right — details matter here
- Strong organisational instincts — you can hold multiple things in your head and know what needs to move next
- Clear, direct communication style — you get to the point and you mean what you say
- Curiosity about digital products, web design and how agencies work
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Claude, Slack or Google Workspace is a plus
- German or Czech is a bonus, but not required
What we Offer:
- Paid internship
- Real responsibility on real projects from day one
- Exposure to the full lifecycle of digital agency work — from sales to delivery
- Flexible hours and fully remote setup
- Very slight preference for candidates based in Prague or Berlin for occasional in-person time
- Team offsites
How to Apply:
Send us your CV and a few lines about yourself — what draws you to this kind of role, and what you’re hoping to get out of it. No long cover letter needed, just briefly tell us how your experience and goals relate to this position.
